FDM 蜡打印机（Solidscape 类）以 0.03–0.05 mm 层厚逐点喷射铸造蜡与支撑蜡，可直接输出蜡模替代手工雕蜡，尺寸精度 ±0.1 mm。打印后用醇浴溶去支撑，轻抛表面后组树挂浆。注意打印方向的阶梯纹会复印到铸件，关键弧面应朝上 30–45° 摆放；熔点约 70℃ 的铸造蜡需匹配低温蒸蜡曲线，避免壳内裂蜡胀壳。
FDM wax printers (Solidscape-type) jet build and support wax at 0.03–0.05 mm layers, producing investment-ready patterns that replace hand carving with ±0.1 mm accuracy. Dissolve supports in an alcohol bath, lightly surface-finish, then tree up and invest. Layer stepping prints into the casting, so orient critical curves 30–45° up; match a low-temperature steam-dewax curve to the ~70°C wax to avoid shell cracking from wax expansion. ---
