数字藏品实体化流行「链上凭证+实体精压章」模式，每枚实体章对应唯一哈希编号。以 Ø40 mm 紫铜章为例：坯料 T2 紫铜退火态，压印吨位约 120–200 吨，压印前坯料喷砂至 Ra1.6–3.2 以获得哑光底面。编号采用旋转字模分度盘逐枚单压，字深 0.08–0.12 mm，压后与浮雕面一次封护，避免二次装夹划伤。
The "on-chain certificate + physical medal" model pairs each NFT with a uniquely numbered struck medal. For a Ø40 mm copper medal: use annealed T2 copper blanks, press at roughly 120–200 tons, and bead-blast blanks to Ra1.6–3.2 for a satin field. Number each piece with an indexable type-wheel punch, 0.08–0.12 mm deep, then seal once with the relief so no second setup marks the face. ---
