辊轮花纹应先在 CAD 中绘制展开图，确保花纹在圆周方向可无缝拼接；花纹深度一般为板材厚度的 8%–15%，过深会导致咬入困难。雕刻采用 CNC 或电火花在辊面加工，母辊再淬火至 HRC 58–62 以延长寿命。试压前用软铅板验证花纹对位与深浅。
Design the roller pattern in CAD with seamless circumferential tiling; relief depth is typically 8%–15% of sheet thickness—too deep causes bite failure. Engrave the roller by CNC or EDM, then harden the master roller to HRC 58–62. Verify alignment and depth with a soft lead trial before production. ---
