锻造风险：高温烫伤、锤击飞溅、噪声、火星引燃。防护：耐高温手套、护目镜、围裙、耳塞，场地无易燃物。钳子夹持必须牢固，锤柄无油污防脱手。加热件不可直接放水泥地（炸裂），用耐火砖承托。退火酸洗区通风良好、备中和碱液。

Forging hazards: burns, scale splatter, noise, sparks. Protection: heat gloves, goggles, apron, earplugs; no combustibles nearby. Grip with secure tongs; oil-free hammer handle. Never set hot metal on concrete (spall) — use refractory brick. Vent the pickle area and keep neutralizer ready.
