现代冲压机安全配置三层：①安全光幕（Type 4/PL e 级，响应 ≤20 ms、分辨率 14 mm）装于模具操作区，手入光幕滑块即停，接入双通道安全回路并每周做自检测试；②双手控制按钮间距 ≥260 mm、同步时差 ≤0.5 s，防单手借位操作；③红色蘑菇头急停沿机台两处布置，拍下自锁、旋转复位。老式 C 型冲床改造还须加装制动监控器，离合失灵时 0.5 s 内停住滑块。安全装置每季度由持证人员验证并留存记录，跳线短接属于严重违章。
Three safety layers on a modern press: (1) Type 4 / PL e light curtains (≤20 ms response, 14 mm resolution) across the die area, wired into a dual-channel safety loop with weekly self-tests — a hand in the field stops the ram. (2) Two-hand controls spaced ≥260 mm apart with ≤0.5 s synchrony to defeat one-handed cheats. (3) Red mushroom e-stops at two points, latching on press and twist-reset. Retrofitting old C-frame presses also needs a brake monitor to arrest the ram within 0.5 s of clutch failure. Validate quarterly by certified staff and log it; jumpering a safety circuit is a firing offence.
