辊压润滑的环保两条路线：①水性半合成轧制油（5% 浓度）替代矿物油，辊压 0.8 mm 黄铜后无油斑，后续硫化着色可直接进行、省去碱性除油工序，着色均匀度反而提升；②干式辊压——辊面镀铬至 Ra ≤0.1 μm 并降低压深（单道 ≤3% 板厚），配合板面预涂 1 g/m² 蜡膜即可干辊。水性方案残余液可过滤回用，干式方案则彻底消除油雾。两条路线均让车间 VOC 达标，且与预风化铜板的着色工序兼容。
Two green lubrication routes for roll texturing: (1) a 5% semi-synthetic water-based rolling oil replaces mineral oil — 0.8 mm brass rolls clean with no oil staining, so sulfide patination can proceed directly without alkaline degreasing, and colour evenness actually improves; (2) dry rolling — chrome-plate the roller to Ra ≤0.1 μm, cut depth per pass to ≤3% of gauge, and pre-wax the strip at 1 g/m². Water-based residue filters for reuse; dry running eliminates oil mist entirely. Both keep the shop inside VOC limits and stay compatible with pre-patinated panel work.
