The trial-and-approval workflow is the dispute firewall. Charge 300–800 RMB per sample panel (or waive it against the contract advance) and make it on site — 200×200 mm in the client's real light, orientation and backdrop, in gloss and matte variants. Label each panel with product, coats, DFT and application conditions; after the client signs, split the set so each side keeps one as the arbitration reference for handover and after-sales disputes. Attach a "seal appearance grading table" to the contract defining tolerance for shine patches, runs and grit, with mild orange peel acceptable beyond a 5 m outdoor viewing distance. Recoat service at 3–5% of contract value per year — inspection plus spot repair — turns a one-off job into recurring revenue.
