工作坊色感训练的核心教具是"阶梯试片"：取一条 500×50 mm、厚 0.6 mm 的紫铜带，一端夹于台钳，用同一支枪从冷端向热端匀速走焰，自然生成金、橙红、紫、蓝到灰的连续色阶，冷却后标注温度锚点（约 220/260/300/340 °C）。学员每人制作两支：一支密封保存作为工作室色标，一支随工具箱用于现场比对。配套作业：给定目标色（如"香槟金"），学员写出对应温度带与走焰参数并复现，再以色差自评加互评。教具人均成本约 20 元，每次课都产出可长期留存的标准件。
The core workshop teaching aid is the "step coupon": clamp one end of a 500×50 mm, 0.6 mm copper strip in a vise and sweep one torch steadily from cold end toward hot, growing a continuous gold-orange-violet-blue-grey scale; mark temperature anchors (~220/260/300/340 °C) after cooling. Each student makes two — one sealed as the studio reference, one kept in the toolbox for site comparison. Assignment: given a target color such as champagne gold, write the temperature band and travel parameters, reproduce it, then grade by self- and peer-assessed color difference. Cost is about 20 RMB per head, and every class yields durable reference standards.
