铜胎珐琅验收常用三法：①热震试验（参照 GB/T 7991、ISO 2747）：样品 200℃ 保温 15 min 后立即投入 20℃ 水中，3 次循环釉面无裂纹剥落；②冲击法：直径 12.7 mm 钢球自 1 m 落体，检查釉面结合与崩边；③中性盐雾 96 h 查边缘气泡。日用器皿另按食品接触标准（GB 4806 / 欧盟 84/500/EC）测铅镉溶出。测试须在烧成后 24 h 内进行，否则应力松弛影响结果真实性；批量按抽检表 AQL 2.5 执行。
Three acceptance tests for copper-base enamel: thermal shock (per GB/T 7991 / ISO 2747)—15 min at 200℃ then immediate 20℃ water quench, three cycles with no cracking or spall; impact—a 12.7 mm steel ball dropped from 1 m, checked for chipping and bond failure; and 96 h neutral salt spray for edge blistering. Tableware adds food-contact lead/cadmium release testing (GB 4806 / EC 84/500/EC). Test within 24 h of firing or stress relaxation skews results; batches sample at AQL 2.5.
