浮雕壁饰交付验收的两项硬检测：①超声测厚——0.8 mm 以下板需 10 MHz 以上高频探头（精度 ±0.01 mm），在每块板最深浮雕处与随机 5 点测量，最薄处 ≥ 原板厚 70% 判合格；②渗透探伤（PT）查裂纹——铜的红色基体会干扰着色渗透判读，优先用荧光渗透 + 紫外灯，凸起根部与边缘拉应力区 100% 检查。检测记录按板编号归档，工程验收时可附加附见证照片，纠纷率显著下降。
Two hard checks for relief panel acceptance: (1) ultrasonic thickness — sub-0.8 mm sheet needs a 10 MHz+ probe (±0.01 mm); measure at the deepest relief and five random points per panel; pass if the thinnest spot is ≥70% of nominal. (2) Dye penetrant (PT) for cracks — copper's red base confuses colour PT, so prefer fluorescent penetrant under UV light, with 100% coverage of crest roots and edge tension zones. File readings against panel numbers with photo evidence; disputes drop sharply.
