再生铜带（Cu ≥99.90%）深冲的两大风险：①Pb、Bi 等低熔点杂质超 0.005% 时杯壁热裂——要求供应商控制废料配比并在炉内加磷铜脱氧；②固溶杂质抬高 Δr 至 0.15 以上，制耳率可达 4%，改用交叉轧制或织构均匀化处理的再生带料。工艺上选择 O 态（退火态）交货、晶粒 0.025–0.045 mm，道次间 480–520 °C 光亮退火（保护气氛露点 −40 °C 以下）。再生带价差 8–15%，工艺窗口收窄是代价。
Two risks when deep-drawing recycled strip (Cu ≥99.90%): (1) low-melt impurities over 0.005% (Pb, Bi) cause hot tearing — demand controlled scrap sourcing and phosphor-copper deoxidation in the melt; (2) solute impurities push Δr above 0.15 and ears reach 4% — specify cross-rolled or texture-normalised recycled strip. Order O-temper with 0.025–0.045 mm grain, bright-anneal between passes at 480–520 °C (dew point below −40 °C). The 8–15% metal saving buys a narrower process window.
