冲压方向学徒的出师考核通常设三个节点：①读模——能据模具实物讲出工序排布与料带方向（限时 30 min）；②试模——装模、调闭合高度、试冲 5 件并判读毛刺与断面光亮带比例（要求 ≥1/3）；③排故——考官预设一种缺陷（如毛边突然变大），学徒 20 min 内定位原因（刃磨钝/间隙变大/压料力松）并处理。欧洲双元制下此阶段约 6–12 个月，通过后可独立看机，废品率考核线通常 ≤2%。
Die-trial milestones for stamping apprentices: ① read the die — explain the station layout and strip direction from the tool itself (30 min limit); ② trial run — set shut height, strike 5 pieces and judge burr and burnish band (≥1/3 of thickness); ③ troubleshoot — the examiner plants one defect (sudden burr growth) to be root-caused in 20 min (worn edge, widened clearance, loose stripper). In the German dual system this stage runs 6–12 months; independent machine duty requires scrap ≤2%.
