参照 Aurubis/TECU 预风化体系，辊纹可与着色复合：T2 铜板退火态先辊压 0.2–0.3 mm 浅纹（辊速 0.5 m/min），碱性除油后着色——硫化钾 2 g/L 浸 30 s 得褐铜色，或醋酸铜 40 g/L 每日喷淋、72 h 养护得绿锈。辊纹沟槽内药液残留会使色差加重，着色前须以 5% 草酸中和并去离子水冲净。
Following Aurubis/TECU pre-weathering practice, rolling and patination can be combined: annealed T2 copper is rolled with a shallow 0.2–0.3 mm pattern at 0.5 m/min, alkaline-degreased, then colored—potassium polysulfide 2 g/L for 30 s gives a brown patina, or copper acetate 40 g/L sprayed daily over 72 h grows green rust. Solution trapped in rolled grooves darkens unevenly, so neutralize with 5% oxalic acid and rinse with DI water first. ---
