错银方向学徒的出师考核是"锁槽测试"：在 50×50 mm 铜板上錾出燕尾槽路线（底宽比口宽大 0.05–0.08 mm），嵌入 0.5 mm 纯银丝后不打铆、不点胶，翻转敲击背面 50 次、弯折 5°，银丝不得松动——锁槽咬合全靠槽形精度。第二关是"续线"：两条银丝对接处需剪 45° 斜口压接，肉眼与放大镜下均不可见接缝。Kubachi 作坊的传统考核更严：同一纹样连续嵌 3 件，误差逐一比对，第三件才计为达标。
The wire-inlay gate test: chase a dovetail groove (bottom 0.05–0.08 mm wider than the mouth) in 50×50 mm copper, set 0.5 mm silver wire with no rivets or adhesive, then strike the back 50 times and bend 5°—the wire must not move. Stage two is butt-joining wire with 45° scarf cuts, seamless to the loupe. Kubachi workshops are stricter still: the same motif inlaid three times in a row, with only the third accepted.
