俄罗斯达吉斯坦库巴奇村（Kubachi）是活态银错/乌银中心：中世纪即以嵌银铁器与乌银武器配件闻名，19 世纪 Exposition Universelle 获奖后转向装饰器物。当地世系作坊在铜/银底上錾 0.3–0.8 mm 沟槽嵌银丝，再以本地硫化矿物配方做乌银底色，纹样分层达 5–7 级。苏联时期建立的 Artel 生产体系解散后回归家庭作坊，目前全村约 300 名持证金工师徒相传，作品在俄罗斯拍卖市场单件成交可达 50 万卢布级。
Kubachi in Dagestan is a living centre of silver inlay and niello: famed since the Middle Ages for inlaid iron and nielloed weapon fittings, it turned to decorative wares after its 19th-century Paris Exposition success. Family workshops chase 0.3–0.8 mm grooves for silver wire, blacken with local mineral sulphides and build 5–7-level ornament. After the Soviet artel dissolved, work returned to home workshops; some 300 certified masters teach in-family today, and auction pieces reach 500,000 RUB. ---
