某馆复刻 17 世纪铜洗手盆（深 280 mm、φ240 mm）采用三道次深冲：拉深比 1.55 → 1.35 → 1.18，道次间 550 °C × 30 min 退火，末道次用原型翻制的木纹面凹模压出锤揲肌理。复刻件以 0.5 vol% 硫化钾分五层做旧，与原件残片色差 ΔE 6.2。相比整体手工锤揲（约 60 工时），深冲路线 12 工时完成、成本降低 70%，已用于批量触模教育件。
Replicating a 17th-century copper lavabo (280 mm deep, φ240 mm) took three draws at ratios 1.55 → 1.35 → 1.18 with 550 °C × 30 min inter-pass anneals; the final pass used a die cast from the original to imprint hammer texture. Five coats of 0.5 vol% K₂S aged it to ΔE 6.2 against fragments. At 12 hours versus 60 for full hand-raising — 70% cheaper — the route now serves batch handling replicas. ---
