针对大面积曲面板（>500 mm），用聚氨酯囊垫以 2–6 MPa 循环加压代替锤击整平：囊垫把压力均匀分布于整个接触面，噪声由锤击的 95–105 dB 降至约 70 dB，且不产生局部锤痕。分 3 轮加压、每轮保压 10 s，边缘配合滚轮收边。适用于大批量铜饰面板与设备外壳的预打平，手工只需局部收尾。
For large curved panels (>500 mm), replace hammering with a polyurethane bladder cycled at 2–6 MPa: pressure spreads over the whole contact area, noise drops from 95–105 dB to about 70 dB, and no local hammer marks appear. Run three press rounds with 10 s holds and roll the edges. Ideal for pre-planishing batches of copper cladding and equipment housings, leaving only local hand finishing. ---
