将图样打印到 UV 转印膜上，贴于黄铜面后用 365 nm 手持灯照射 60–90 秒固化，撕除 PET 基膜即得分辨率 0.1 mm 的抗蚀层，可直接入三氯化铁蚀刻。相比复写纸拓印，此法可转移渐变与网点灰度；残留胶膜用酒精棉擦净，勿用丙酮以免表面发雾。
Print the artwork onto UV transfer film, apply it to brass, cure 60–90 s under a 365 nm handheld lamp, and peel off the PET carrier to leave a 0.1 mm-resolution resist ready for ferric-chloride etching. Unlike carbon-paper rubbing, it transfers gradients and halftones; wipe off residual film with alcohol—never acetone, which hazes the surface. ---
