水性丙烯酸贴金胶（固含量 30–35%、开放时间 15–30 min、表干不粘手即贴箔）替代传统油性金胶，VOC 降低约 90% 且不黄变。涂布量 80–120 g/m²，羊毛刷薄涂两遍。贴箔后涂可剥离保护胶（聚乙烯醇基，干膜约 25 μm）临时防护运输摩擦，安装后温水即可剥除。户外件贴完 24 h 内罩水性罩光清漆。
Water-based acrylic gold size (solids 30–35%, open time 15–30 min, apply leaf at tack-free stage) replaces oil sizes—about 90% lower VOC and non-yellowing. Apply 80–120 g/m² in two thin coats with a soft bristle brush. After leafing, add strippable PVA-based protection (~25 μm dry) against transit abrasion; remove later with warm water. Outdoors, top-coat with waterborne clear lacquer within 24 h. ---
