把设计图案激光雕刻到硬橡胶辊套（邵氏 A80–90，雕刻深 0.3–0.8 mm），套在轧机上辊连续滚压铜带，可获得无缝循环纹理（网纹、文字、几何序列）。辊压线压力按铜板厚调整：0.5 mm 板 8–12 kN、1.0 mm 板 15–20 kN；橡胶弹性补偿辊面微小不平，纹理清晰度优于硬钢辊的局部接触。适合长条书签、带材类批量纹理，单辊寿命 200 m 以上。
Laser-engrave your pattern into a hard rubber sleeve (Shore A80–90, 0.3–0.8 mm deep) fitted to the top mill roll and roll copper strip continuously for seamless repeat textures (mesh, lettering, geometry). Line pressure by thickness: 8–12 kN for 0.5 mm, 15–20 kN for 1.0 mm; rubber compliance outperforms steel rolls where contact is patchy. Ideal for bookmark and strip production; one sleeve lasts 200 m or more. ---
