A metro art wall (3.5 m × 12 m, 384 cloisonné copper panels at 200×200 mm) used lead-free enamel throughout, passing abrasion testing (1000 cycles, no bare metal) for high-touch zones. With the narrow ±10℃ firing window, a per-kiln coupon system was set: three color coupons per firing, adjusting temperature when ΔE>1.5. Over the 4-month project, yield rose from 82% to 96%. ---
