以 0.8 mm 银片裁 Ø18 mm 圆，退火后置于 Ø16 mm 凹模，用对应半圆冲木槌敲击 8–10 下成完美半球。脱模修边，钻孔穿链，最后用毛毡轮配绿蜡抛光至镜面。成品用于耳坠或吊坠，两半对焊可得空心圆珠。
Cut an Ø18 mm disc from 0.8 mm silver, anneal, seat it in a Ø16 mm block and strike the matching punch 8–10 times with a mallet into a clean hemisphere. Trim the edge, drill for the chain, then polish to mirror with a felt wheel and green compound. Used as studs or pendants; two halves welded make a hollow bead. ---
