手工造型步骤：①下箱放模样，填砂分层捣实（每层 50–80 mm，先轻后重）②开通气道 ③合上箱、插定位销 ④取下箱、起模（先松动、垂直缓拔，必要时喷分型剂）⑤修型、开浇口。要点：砂紧实度均匀（过松塌箱、过紧透气差），转角处插铁钉加固。新手常见错误是起模歪斜扯坏型腔。
Hand molding: ①place pattern in drag, fill and ram in layers (50–80 mm, light then firm) ②cut vent channels ③close cope with locating pins ④lift pattern (loosen, draw vertical and slow; parting spray if needed) ⑤repair, cut gate. Keys: even ramming (loose collapses, tight won't breathe); reinforce corners with nails. Common novice error: skewed draw tears the cavity. ---
