砂型多在分型面处分上下箱。浇注系统含浇口杯、直浇道、横浇道、内浇口与冒口（补缩）。铜合金密度大、易氧化，宜采用"底注式"（金属从底部平稳升液，减少氧化卷气）并设集渣包。冒口置于最厚处且高于铸件，利用重力补缩。排气孔通往型外，避免憋气。
Sand molds split at the parting line into cope and drag. The gating has a cup, sprue, runner, gate, and riser (feed). Copper alloys are dense and oxidize easily, so prefer bottom pouring (metal rises calmly, less oxidation/dross) with a slag trap. Place risers at the thickest, highest points for gravity feeding. Vents lead to atmosphere to avoid gas lock. ---
