起皱常因前后张力不匹配或进料偏移；打滑则因辊面油污过多或咬入角过大。解决：调整开卷/收卷张力使板面绷直，用酒精擦净辊面恢复摩擦，并减小花纹坡度。进料的侧向导辊应贴紧板边防偏。

Wrinkling comes from mismatched tension or misalignment; slip from oily rollers or excess bite angle. Fix: balance pay-off/recoil tension to keep the sheet taut, clean rollers with alcohol to restore friction, and reduce pattern slope. Keep side guides tight to the edge. ---
