高阶做法将浮雕与透雕（镂空）、镶嵌结合：先浮雕塑形，再用线锯/镂錾在背景开窗，嵌入异色金属片（如银底嵌金线）或宝石。要点：开窗边缘需先錾刻加固再锯；镶嵌片厚度略大于槽深，锤压包边固定。此类作品多用于高级首饰与宗教器物。

Advanced work joins repoussé with openwork (piercing) and inlay: raise first, then saw/pierce windows in the ground, set contrasting metal (silver with gold wire) or stones. Keys: reinforce edges by chasing before sawing; inlay slightly thicker than the recess, then clench the bezel. Seen in fine jewelry and liturgical objects.
