Basic Repoussé: Pushing from the Back

步骤：①将金属片嵌入熔融沥青/松香台（冷却后固定）②正面描图，从背面用圆头錾沿轮廓由外向内轻顶，形成隆起 ③翻面（加热松脱）錾刻正面细节 ④交替正反面多次，逐步加深。要点：錾痕要密而匀、力量由轻到重；每次翻面需重新固定。铜片厚度 0.5–1.2 mm 最宜。
Steps: ①set the sheet into molten pitch/rosin, let cool to fix ②trace on front, push from back with round punches, outside-in, to raise ③release (heat the pitch), chase front detail ④alternate sides, deepen gradually. Keys: dense, even, light-to-heavy strikes; re-fix each flip. Best sheet: 0.5–1.2 mm copper/silver. ---
