起凸开裂多因退火不足、加工硬化累积或锤击过猛局部变薄。排查：①是否按时退火；②锤痕是否均匀无集中；③边口是否因拉伸过度变薄。已裂处需退火后补焊（银焊）再打磨，严重则需剪除重接。预防核心：勤退火、轻而匀的锤法。
Cracks in raising come from insufficient annealing, accumulated work hardening or over-force thinning. Check: ①did you anneal on schedule; ②are hammer marks even, not concentrated; ③did the rim over-stretch and thin. Repair by annealing, silver-soldering the crack and grinding; severe cases need cutting and rejoining. Prevention: anneal often, hammer light and even. ---
