步骤：①下圆料、中心钻孔、去毛刺 ②坯料夹于模板与尾顶间 ③低速启动，先用圆头棒将边缘贴模板"收口" ④逐步向中心推进，多次往返把板料"赶"成模板形 ⑤中途退火（铜发硬时）⑥收尾修边、切底。要领：滚轮与模板保持微小间隙、压力沿圆周均匀、转速随直径调整（小件快、大件慢）。
Steps: ①cut a disc, center-punch, deburr ②clamp blank between mandrel and tailstock ③low speed, use a round tool to "set" the edge to the form ④work toward center in passes, "chasing" the metal to shape ⑤anneal when copper hardens ⑥trim and cut the base. Keys: tiny gap between tool and mandrel, even pressure around, speed by diameter (small fast, large slow). ---
