模板是与成品**内形一致**的回转体，多用硬木或铝合金车削而成，也可用 3D 打印+后处理。制作要点：①尺寸含材料回弹余量（铜约 1–2%）②表面光滑、过渡圆顺（尖角处工件易裂）③尾部留夹持台阶与顶针孔。复杂件可分段组合模板。模板精度直接决定成品形位。
The mandrel matches the *inner* shape of the part, turned from hardwood or aluminum (or 3D-printed + finished). Keys: ①allow springback (copper ~1–2%) ②smooth, rounded transitions (sharp corners crack) ③a clamp step and center hole at the tail. Complex parts use sectional mandrels. Mandrel accuracy sets part accuracy. ---
