熔炼浇注属高温高危作业。必备：耐高温手套、面罩（防金属飞溅）、围裙、通风。严禁带水操作（水遇熔融金属爆炸）。焙烧炉与坩埚须确认干燥。石膏/陶瓷粉尘致矽肺，清壳、打磨戴 N95 并湿法除尘。熔融金属容器不得满装（≤80%），搬运平稳。急救：烫伤立即冷水冲 10 分钟，金属入眼速洗并就医。
Melting and pouring are high-heat, high-risk. Essentials: heat-resistant gloves, face shield (splash), apron, ventilation. Never work with water present (steam explosion). Confirm furnace and crucible are dry. Silica dust from shell grinding causes silicosis — wear N95 and wet-clean. Fill crucibles ≤80%, move steadily. First aid: burns → cold water 10 min; metal in eye → flush and see a doctor.
