蜡模可用雕刻蜡（硬蜡）直接手雕，或用 RTV 硅胶翻制复制件。手雕适合独一无二的艺术件：用雕刻刀、热针在 18–22℃ 的雕蜡上做形，注意预留约 3–5% 的铸造收缩余量。批量复制则先雕"原型"再翻硅胶模，向模内注入液态注蜡（60–70℃）并离心或负压排气，冷却后开模取件。要点：蜡模表面忌油污（脱模剂要极薄）、壁厚均匀（避免缩孔）、关键面朝上便于挂浆。
Wax models can be hand-carved from carving wax (hard wax) or replicated via RTV silicone molds. Carving suits one-off art pieces: shape 18–22℃ carving wax with knives and hot picks, allowing ~3–5% shrinkage. For batch copies, carve a "master," then make a silicone mold and inject liquid injection wax (60–70℃) with centrifugal or vacuum de-airing; demold after cooling. Key points: keep wax free of oil (use minimal release), keep wall thickness even (avoid shrinkage cavities), and orient detail faces upward for clean dipping. ---
