着色前必须彻底除油（碱性除油剂 60℃ 浸 3–5 分钟或丙酮擦拭）并去氧化皮（10% 稀硫酸浸 10–20 秒活化），否则膜层花斑、附着力差。活化后勿用手触摸，立即入槽。铜件表面越洁净均一，电解着色越均匀、少缺陷。
Before coloring, fully degrease (alkaline cleaner 60℃ for 3–5 min or acetone wipe) and descale/activate (10% dilute sulfuric acid dip 10–20 s); otherwise films are blotchy with poor adhesion. Don't touch the activated surface—enter the bath at once. The cleaner and more uniform the copper, the evener the electro-color. ---
