深拉深在机械/液压冲床上进行，最大风险是模具区夹伤与工件飞出。必须配置双手启动按钮与光电安全光幕，严禁手入模具区取放件——用真空吸盘或机械手上下料。长发束起、禁戴手套操作旋转/合模区。每班前点检急停与离合器，确保滑块无连冲。
Deep drawing runs on mechanical or hydraulic presses; the top hazards are pinch/crush in the die zone and ejected workpieces. Fit two-hand start buttons and an infrared light curtain—never place hands in the die; use vacuum or robotic loading/unloading. Tie back hair, no gloves near moving/closing zones. Each shift, verify the e-stop and clutch to prevent repeat strokes. ---
