铜、黄铜拉深宜用低黏度矿物油+极压添加剂，或动物脂与石蜡混合膏。薄壁深拉可先磷化/皂化处理黄铜表面形成固态润滑膜。禁用含硫氯极压剂接触装饰面以防变色。涂油需均匀、覆盖压边面与凹模圆角，否则局部干摩擦会拉毛甚至拉裂。

For copper and brass use low-viscosity mineral oil with EP additives, or a mixed animal-fat/paraffin paste. Thin-wall deep draws may first be phosphate/saponified on brass to form a solid soap film. Avoid sulfur- or chlorine-EP agents touching decorative faces to prevent discoloration. Apply oil evenly over the blank-holder face and die radius; dry friction there causes scoring or fracture. ---
