钢模在高应力下可能崩裂飞溅，压印机必须装全封闭透明防护罩与双手启动，操作者戴护目面罩。换模执行 LOTO，确认合模区无杂物。严禁超限提高单位压力（按模具许用 p 值），禁止在模腔半开时试压。
Steel dies under high stress can shatter and eject fragments—coin presses must have a fully enclosed transparent guard and two-hand start, and the operator wears a face shield. Lock out / tag out on die changes and clear the shut zone. Never exceed the die's allowable unit pressure, and never trial-hit with the cavity half open. ---
