图文棱角填充不足：提高单位压力或降低坯料硬度（再退火），并保证排气顺畅。飞边过厚：模具闭合高度偏大或刚度不足，应减小合模间隙、检查机架。表面麻点：坯料脱脂不净或润滑剂过多，需重洗并减薄涂层。

Unfilled relief corners: raise unit pressure or soften the blank (re-anneal) and ensure venting. Thick flash: die shut-height too large or frame too flexible—reduce the gap and check the frame. Pitting: blank not clean or too much lube—rewash and thin the coating. ---
