冷却后先以角磨机或钢锯切除浇冒口，留 2–3 mm 余量避免伤件。再用砂轮、锉刀修平，最后由粗到细砂纸打磨至所需光洁度。石膏型件可用高压水枪配合钢丝刷去除残壳。清理时戴防尘口罩，铜粉尘应避免吸入。
After cooling, cut gates and risers with an angle grinder or hacksaw, leaving a 2–3 mm allowance to avoid damaging the piece. Smooth with grinding wheel and files, then sand from coarse to fine to the desired finish. Plaster-shell parts can be cleaned with a pressure washer and wire brush. Wear a dust mask — avoid inhaling copper dust. ---
