黄铜（Cu 60–70 / Zn 30–40）熔炼温度约 1000–1080℃，青铜（Cu-Sn）约 1080–1150℃。熔清后加入 0.05–0.1% 磷铜脱氧，表面撒木炭或硼砂覆盖剂防止氧化吸气。出炉前测温，过热 30–50℃ 以改善流动性，但避免超过 1200℃ 导致严重氧化。
Brass (Cu 60–70 / Zn 30–40) melts at ~1000–1080°C, bronze (Cu-Sn) at ~1080–1150°C. After melt-down add 0.05–0.1% phosphor-copper for deoxidation and cover the surface with charcoal or borax to prevent oxidation and gas pick-up. Superheat 30–50°C before pour for fluidity, but never exceed 1200°C to avoid severe oxidation. ---
