中小冲压工作室的三种协作实验：①模具共享库——多家合资建常用规格库（标准垫片、端子、铭牌模共 40 套），按次租用 50–200 元并签磨损公约，单套模具年利用率从 8 次提到 30 次；②设备团购——6 家合购一台 110 t 伺服冲床与送料机（总价 38 万元）排班共享，占地比各自购置老设备省一半；③技法开源——把试模记录、间隙表、润滑配方以 CC BY-SA 协议做成共享文档。运行关键是押金加计时计次系统，防止"公地悲剧"，某协作体已稳定运转三年。
Three collaboration models for small stamping shops: (1) a shared die library — 40 standard washer, terminal and nameplate dies co-funded, rented at ¥50–200 per run under a wear-and-tear pact; utilisation rose from 8 to 30 runs per die per year. (2) Group-buying — six shops sharing one ¥380k, 110 t servo press with servo feed on a rota, halving floor space versus each buying old presses. (3) Open documentation — tryout logs, clearance tables and lubricant recipes shared CC BY-SA. Deposit plus per-use metering keeps the commons alive; one group has run three years without collapse.
