硅胶模气泡是纹理复制的头号敌人。低成本方案：二手 2.5 加仑油漆压力罐（耐压 60 psi，约 150–300 元）改装轮胎气门作进气口，硅胶灌注后打入 30–45 psi 保持 1 h，气泡被压缩至肉眼不可见（30 psi 下气泡体积缩至约 1/3）；替代方案是食品真空机抽 60–70 kPa 负压、循环 3 次。要点：压力只压制气泡并不消除气泡，大件母模仍需真空脱泡机；盖板螺栓对角均匀上紧，泄压阀必须确认有效，罐内禁用易燃树脂。
Bubbles are texture replication's number-one enemy. Budget fix: a second-hand 2.5-gallon paint pressure tank (60 psi rated, ¥150–300) with a tyre-valve inlet—pour, hold 30–45 psi for 1 h, and bubbles shrink below visibility (about one-third volume at 30 psi); alternatively three cycles at 60–70 kPa in a food vacuum machine. Pressure compresses bubbles but does not remove them—large masters still want true vacuum degassing. Tighten lid bolts diagonally, confirm the relief valve works, and never cast flammable resins in the pot.
