火焰着色安全规程要点：气瓶直立固定于推车并距作业面 3 m 以上，软管每年更换并仅用肥皂水检漏（禁明火）；点火前先开气吹扫 3 s 再点火，发生回火立即关枪再关瓶阀。作业区半径 1.5 m 内清除可燃物，配 CO₂ 或干粉灭火器（燃气火禁用水扑）。操作者穿棉质长袖（化纤遇火熔粘皮肤）、隔热手套与遮光号 3–4 护目镜；工件出炉（180–350 °C）静置 30 min 以上，以红外枪实测低于 45 °C 方可徒手检查。发生烫伤立即冷水冲淋 15 min，勿涂牙膏油脂。
Flame-coloring safety essentials: cylinders upright on a cart 3 m from the work, hoses changed yearly and leak-tested only with soapy water; purge gas 3 s before ignition, and on flashback shut the torch first, then the valve. Clear combustibles within a 1.5 m radius; keep a CO₂ or dry-powder extinguisher (never water on gas fires). Operators wear cotton long sleeves (synthetics melt onto skin), heat gloves and shade 3–4 goggles; parts leave the oven at 180–350 °C and rest 30 min — handle only when the IR gun reads under 45 °C. For burns, 15 min of cool running water, no creams or toothpaste.
