少儿课不宜用轧机（夹入风险），改做"锡箔锤揲拓"：0.1–0.15 mm 退火锡箔覆在树叶上，用软头毡笔或旧牙刷轻刷，10 min 内即得清晰叶脉，安全且成就感强。90 分钟课程分四段：15 min 认识叶脉与纹理、20 min 锤揲练习、25 min 把锡箔作品衬卡纸装框、30 min 用成品拓片做拼贴画。6–10 岁班按 8–12 人配 2 名教师；锡箔边缘以美纹胶带包边防割手。人均材料成本约 8 元，收费 60–90 元，利润率稳定。
Skip the mill with children (draw-in risk) and run "foil hammer-rubbing" instead: lay 0.1–0.15 mm annealed foil over a leaf and stroke with a felt tip or an old toothbrush—clear venation in 10 minutes, safe and satisfying. A 90-minute class runs four blocks: 15 min reading leaf textures, 20 min rubbing practice, 25 min mounting the foil on card, 30 min collage from the prints. Two teachers for 8–12 kids aged 6–10; tape the foil edges against cuts. Cost per head about ¥8 against a ¥60–90 fee.
