职校深冲实习单元（2 周/60 学时）考核设计：安全考核占 30%——上机前须口述双手启动逻辑、急停位置与料带夹持手法，错一项即停机重考；装模对中与闭合高度设定须在教师见证下完成。工件评分占 50%：杯口高差 ≤0.5 mm（10 分）、无破底起皱（20 分）、最薄壁厚 ≥85% 原厚（10 分）、表面无拉痕（10 分）；过程记录占 20%。要求每生提交一张缺陷归因表把废品变成教材，某班级连续 3 期实习保持工伤为零。
A vocational deep-drawing unit (2 weeks / 60 hours) graded as: safety 30% — before running the press each student must verbally explain two-hand start logic, e-stop locations and strip-handling; die setting and shut-height only under instructor witness. Part grading 50%: rim height variation ≤0.5 mm (10 pts), no bottom breach or wrinkles (20 pts), thinnest wall ≥85% of gauge (10 pts), score-free surface (10 pts); process log 20%. Each student files a defect-attribution sheet turning scrap into teaching material — three consecutive cohorts with zero injuries.
