着色车间两条暴露途径须分别设防。吸入：硫化液与氨液配制区装侧吸罩（面风速 ≥0.5 m/s），喷枪作业进通风柜或到户外上风侧，佩戴配有机蒸气滤盒的半面罩，氨气作业须换氨专用滤盒；皮肤：厚 ≥0.2 mm 丁腈手套每 30 min 更换一次，硫化钾溅眼立即流水冲 15 min 并送医。强酸强碱配制遵循"酸入水"顺序，现场备碳酸氢钠中和粉。车间为每种试剂张贴 SDS 速览卡，新员工上岗前做溅洒应急演练，之后每半年复训一次并记录签到。
Guard the two exposure routes separately. Inhalation: install a side-draft hood (face velocity ≥0.5 m/s) at sulfide and ammonia mixing benches, spray in a booth or outdoors upwind, and wear a half-mask with organic-vapor cartridges — swap to ammonia-rated cartridges for NH₃ work. Skin: nitrile gloves ≥0.2 mm changed every 30 min; flush eye splashes 15 min and seek medical care. Mix acids into water, never reverse, and keep bicarbonate neutralizer at hand. Post an SDS quick-card per reagent, run a spill drill before first assignment, and retrain half-yearly with sign-off.
