水性氟碳/丙烯酸乳液封护剂（VOC < 50 g/L）适用场景：室内商场、医院、在营业酒店等不允许溶剂施工的场所。选型看三指标：干膜 30–40 μm 两道可达、附着力划格 ≤1 级、盐雾 ≥1000 h（溶剂型氟碳约 2000 h，室内 8–10 年寿命足够）。施工窗口 10–35 °C、RH < 75%，表干 30–60 min、重涂间隔 2–4 h；铜面须先除氧化浮粉并确保无蜡残留，否则乳液附着不牢。水性体系还免除溶剂报警与职业健康备案，工期可压缩约 30%。
Waterborne fluorocarbon/acrylic sealers (VOC < 50 g/L) suit malls, hospitals and operating hotels where solvent work is banned. Screen on three numbers: two coats to 30–40 μm DFT, cross-hatch adhesion ≤1, salt spray ≥1000 h (solvent fluorocarbon ~2000 h — ample for 8–10 years indoors). Apply at 10–35 °C, RH < 75%; tack-free in 30–60 min, recoat in 2–4 h. Copper must be free of loose oxide and any wax residue or the emulsion will not bond. No solvent alarms or occupational-health filings either — schedules shorten ~30%.
