拓片保存三原则：避酸、避光、恒湿。装裱用去面筋的小麦淀粉无酸浆糊托裱，背纸选棉连类皮纸；展陈装框配防 UV 亚克力（透紫外线 <2%）与无酸卡纸，留 2 cm 空气层不贴玻璃。库房 18–20 ℃、RH 50±5%，梅雨季抽湿并放香樟防虫（忌萘丸，会与墨反应）；卷存时隔棉纸外卷、每半年换向重卷一次防折痕。发现霉斑先隔离，用 3% 过氧化氢棉签点除后阴干再入库，湿度报警立即倒库检查。
Three rules for rubbing care: acid-free, dark, stable humidity. Mount with de-glutened wheat-starch paste onto linen-backed xuan, frame behind UV-filtering acrylic (<2% UV transmission) with acid-free mats and a 20 mm air gap—never against glass. Store at 18–20 °C and 50±5% RH, dehumidify through the plum-rain season, use camphor not mothballs (naphthalene reacts with ink); rolled items get cotton interleaves and are re-rolled the other way twice a year. Isolate any mould at once, spot-treat with 3% peroxide swabs, dry in shade, and re-inspect on any humidity alarm.
