室内与教室环境翻模优先选低挥发加成型铂金硅胶（如 Smooth-On Ecoflex 系列、Shore A20 通用型），固化基本无溶剂气味，无需强排风。操作要点：1A:1B 称量误差 ±5% 以内、真空脱泡 2–3 min 或静置自消泡 30 min、刷涂三层每层指触约 20 min 后再刷。缩合型硅胶脱醇气味明显且收缩约 0.5%，已逐渐被工坊淘汰。铂金硅胶忌硫与胺：未固化油泥、乳胶手套会毒化不固化，务必用丁腈手套并隔离含硫材料。
For indoors and classrooms choose low-VOC addition-cure platinum silicone (e.g. Smooth-On Ecoflex range, Shore A20 grades)—nearly odourless, no forced ventilation needed. Weigh 1A:1B within ±5%, vacuum degas 2–3 min or rest 30 min, brush three coats about 20 min tack-time apart. Condensation-cure silicones smell of alcohol and shrink ~0.5%, and are falling out of use. Platinum cures are poisoned by sulphur and amines: uncured modelling clay and latex gloves inhibit curing—wear nitrile and segregate sulphur-bearing materials.
