户外电解着色铜件 3–8 年后常见褪色与粉化。评估顺序：色差仪测 ΔE（>4 判需翻新）、划格法检查封护层附着力、测厚仪核对膜层残厚。翻新流程：低压水洗加中性剂除盐 → 激光或 800 目湿磨局部活化 → 按原电压-时间曲线复着色 → 水性氟碳或蜂蜡封护。严禁直接罩光漆盖旧膜，膜下氯盐会起泡。建议 5 年一检、10 年一翻新，并留存同批试片作对照，翻新记录与色差数据归档。
Outdoor electro-colored copper fades and chalks after 3–8 years. Assess with a colorimeter (ΔE>4 triggers renewal), cross-hatch checks of the sealant, and thickness gauges for film loss. Renewal: low-pressure wash with neutral desalting, laser or 800-grit wet local activation, re-coloring on the original voltage-time curve, then waterborne fluorocarbon or beeswax sealing. Never topcoat over old film—trapped chlorides blister. Inspect every 5 years, renew every 10, archiving coupons and ΔE records.
