ASTM B584 是砂型与永久型铸造铜合金的标准规范，涵盖 C83600（85-5-5-5 锡青铜）、C86200 高强锰青铜、C95400 铝青铜等百余个牌号。验收用炉前光谱（OES）分析，必要时 ICP 复检，主成分按标准附表判定，Pb、Bi 等有害元素按用途限值控制。国内对应 GB/T 1176 体系。批量生产每炉留光谱样并保存 6 个月，随货附材质证明书（Mill Certificate）是出口订单的通行要求，比价时也是判断「同牌号不同质」的依据。
ASTM B584 is the standard specification for sand and permanent-mold cast copper alloys, covering over a hundred grades from C83600 (85-5-5-5 tin bronze) to high-strength C86200 manganese bronze and C95400 aluminium bronze. Acceptance uses in-furnace optical emission spectroscopy (OES) with ICP rechecks when needed: major elements against the standard's tables, restrictive elements (Pb, Bi) by end-use limits. China's counterpart is GB/T 1176. Keep a spectrometer sample per heat for 6 months and ship with a Mill Certificate — routine for export orders and the basis for judging nominally identical grades.
